We use DPD services to ship products. You can also pick up your orders at our store in Vilnius, at the "BIG" shopping center (Ukmergės g. 369)

For security reasons, we cannot change the address on your order after it has been submitted.

When purchasing in the e-shop www.auksine-liute.lt , quality goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:

• The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging.
• The returned item must be undamaged by the Buyer, without signs of wear and mechanical damage.
• The returned item must be unused and in its original condition: labels and certificates must be intact and undamaged, and special certificate threads must not be torn.
• The returned item must be in the same condition as the item received by the Buyer.
• The item must be returned following our returns process.

According to the order of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania (No. 217 of June 29, 2011), high-quality jewelry purchased in physical retail outlets and made to order cannot be exchanged or returned.

Important! Transportation costs when returning goods are paid by the buyer.

If the returned item meets the conditions, the money will be refunded within 14 days from the date the Seller receives the returned item.

If the returned item is being tested at the Lithuanian Assay Office, the test may take up to 14 days and in such a case, the money will be refunded only after receiving a response from the Lithuanian Assay Office.

Payment can be made using Swed, Seb, Luminor, Citadele, Šiaulių bankas electronic banking services, Visa / MasterCard payment cards, and Kniks gift cards.

Payments are accepted in euros. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

Our prices change dynamically, depending on campaigns, stock, customer demand, and the newness of the collection. If the price changes after you place an order, we will not refund the difference.

Taxes are included in all prices - excluding the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Ukraine and Iceland.

If you are ordering from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Ukraine or Iceland, you will be responsible for any custom duties, customs or local import taxes that are not included in the total order price and are not reimbursed by Supersymmetry.
