Delivery

• Orders over 100 EUR receive free courier delivery.

Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery time depends on the specification of the ordered product and the stock balance. Delivery time is calculated from the day you receive the order confirmation by e-mail.

Delivery time:

• Gold products without gemstones - in Lithuania up to 3 days.
• Products with gemstones - exact delivery time is indicated in the product description

We use DPD services to ship products. You can also pick up your orders at our store in Vilnius, at the "BIG" shopping center (Ukmergės g. 369).

You will receive an SMS and/or email when your shipment arrives and is ready for collection. Therefore, please make sure that you have provided the correct email address and phone number in your order.

The recipient's name or delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been placed.

Return of goods

Conditions:

According to the order of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania (No. 217 of June 29, 2011), high-quality jewelry purchased in physical retail outlets and made to order cannot be exchanged or returned.

When purchasing in the e-shop www.auksine-liute.lt , quality goods can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods . When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:

• The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging.
• The returned item must be undamaged by the Buyer, without signs of wear and mechanical damage.
• The returned item must be unused and in its original condition: labels and certificates must be intact and undamaged, and special certificate threads must not be torn.
• The returned item must be in the same condition as the item received by the Buyer.
• The item must be returned following our returns process.

The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the conditions for returning the goods were not met. The Seller also reserves the right to inspect the returned goods at the Lithuanian Assay Office. The inspection may take up to 14 days and in such a case, the money will be refunded only after receiving a response from the Lithuanian Assay Office.

The money is refunded within 14 days from the date the Seller receives the returned item.

Return process

- Return by parcel:

1. Contact us at the email address pagalba@auksine-liute.lt and provide the necessary information in the letter:
   a) Name
   b) Surname
   c) Information on how to contact you
   d) Order number and name of the product you want to return
   e) Date of receipt of the goods
   f) Reason for return
2. We received an email from you, we will send instructions on how to return the item.

Important! The buyer is responsible for the transportation costs and risks when returning the goods.
