1. Card registration:

- Loyalty cards can only be purchased in physical stores

- Anyone who wants to see their available points, receive special offers, and protect their points in case of card loss must add the card to their account in the GOnPAY app:

2. Accumulation and use of points:

- For every euro spent, the customer gets 3% back in points.

- 1 point is equal to 1 euro discount.

- Points can be used as an additional discount on future purchases, with the additional discount not exceeding 10% of the total purchase amount

- Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

- Points cannot be used for gift vouchers.

- Points can only be used in physical stores of UAB "Auksinė Liūtė".

3. Points validity:

- Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

- Unused points will be voided upon expiration.

- Points are stored on physical cards, and when you add the card to GOnPAY, they are linked to your account

- If the card is lost without linking it to the GOnPAY account, the points are lost

4. Special promotions and offers:

- Registered cardholders can receive exclusive offers and promotions.

- Thematic promotions may be announced every month to encourage the accumulation and use of points

5. Privacy and data protection:

- All member data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

- Customers have the right to opt out of the loyalty program at any time and request the deletion of their personal data by email at: pagalba@auksine-liute.lt

6. Termination of the loyalty program:

- UAB "Auksinė Liūtė" reserves the right to change the rules of the loyalty program or terminate the program at any time, after notifying members in advance.
